All KKM barrels are made using certified 416R gun-barrel quality stainless steel bar stock. These barrels are then heat treated and vacuum tempered to 42 RC. All of our barrels are CNC machined to obtain superior dimensional tolerances over stock. Because of our advanced proprietary button rifling process, all KKM barrels offer greater accuracy over stock barrels. Our Glock barrels come with fully supported SAAMI spec. match chambers for shooting factory or reloaded ammunition. These are drop-in barrels, no fitting or machining required.

Barrel for New Glock G30 Gen 4
Bought a new Glock G30 Gen 4 .45ACP after years of avoiding Glocks. I am an avid reloader, and I won't keep a gun I can't reload for. After extensive research, I seemed to learn that Glock had eliminated the hated Glock "smiles and bulges" found on many of the fired cartridge cases from earlier Glocks, rendering the cases unuseable for reloading. Yes, I know that Glock states not to use reloaded cases, as do most of the other manufacturers, but Glock's deliberately designed chamber support characteristics were/are a problem for reloaders. Notwithstanding, the most recent Glocks, i.e., Gen 3s & 4s, were supposed to not destroy the brass. Unfortunately, I found that one third of the brand new Starline cases I fired had the smiles/bulges, and had to be discarded. I then learned that some of the after market barrels would eliminate the problem. After more research, I decided KKM was the best choice to solve the case problem, and, after 100 rounds through the KKM barrel, there were no smiles/bulges. The barrel was a perfect drop-in, and functions smoothly. So now I have a Glock that I can reload for, and that I enjoy shooting. Nice work, KKM!
